Firstly let me preface this by saying that everything I do is all customised on what’s best for the client.
Keeping this in mind I'll use my 4 step proven process to get you from where you are to exactly where you want to be.
Step 1 - Foundational Blueprint
The first step we'll take is building out your foundational blueprint, structuring out all your dieting blocks with defined start and end points. With mini breaks in between.
This is crucial because it is actual the quickest way to lose weight and see progress, but also makes everything seem completely manageable and achievable long term.
Step 2 - Hybrid Nutrition Plan
Here I'll build you out a Hybrid Nutrition Plan that includes any family, work or social events you might have.
So you won't have to pick between losing weight and enjoying life, you'll be able to do both. Making this process results driven and fun.
Step 3 - Performance Protocol
This is your own effective, efficient performance protocol tailored to your time availability, gym equipment, training style and any previous or existing injuries we need to work around.
So that you're spending hours in the gym doing pointless exercises and you know everything you'll do will produce maximal results.
Step 4 - Support
How we will achieve all this is by having constant support from me and my assistant coach. 1-1 support will be provided throughout the entire program will catch up calls offered if needed.
That way if you are stuck, have questions or need any additional support I'm here every step of the way!
